Monte Chambers is a crisis communication strategist and public safety consultant with more than 16 years of frontline and executive-level experience supporting law enforcement, EMS, fire service, and faith-based organizations. Having served as an EMT on the ambulance and later as a police officer, Monte brings a practitioner’s understanding of high-risk decision-making, public scrutiny, and operational pressure. His consulting work focuses on helping leaders navigate critical incidents with clarity, credibility, and composure, before, during, and after crisis moments. Drawing from real-world disaster response, officer-involved incidents, and complex citywide emergencies, Monte helps organizations build communication strategies that strengthen trust, reduce confusion, and preserve mission integrity when it matters most. Monte serves as a national instructor for FBI-LEEDA, where he teaches Media and Public Relations courses to law enforcement leaders across the country. In this role, he equips chiefs, command staff, and supervisors with practical tools to manage media engagement, public messaging, and community expectations during high-profile incidents. His teaching style blends adult-learning principles with scenario-based instruction, helping leaders balance transparency, legal considerations, and operational realities. Known for his calm presence and strategic insight, Monte is trusted by agencies nationwide to prepare their leaders to communicate with confidence, empathy, and accountability under pressure. In addition, Monte is the founder of Monumental Access LLC, where he develops and delivers courses, including his highly regarded Crisis Comms digital program, tailored to the unique needs of faith leaders and ministry teams.
