Jared Tetzlaff is a mission-driven executive leader with over 25 years of cross-sector experience spanning public safety, non-profit ministry, and strategic operations.
Currently serving as a Pastor and Safety & Security Director at Rock Point Church in Queen Creek, Arizona, Jared leads a volunteer force of over 150 while overseeing infrastructure planning, policy development, crisis response, and organizational risk management.
Jared’s leadership approach blends the heart of pastoral ministry, the structure of law enforcement, and the systems-thinking of a seasoned executive. He is deeply committed to discipling people, developing leaders, and building teams that cultivate safe environments where people can Know, Grow, and Go—free of distraction and harm.
Known for his clear communication, collaborative leadership, and strengths-based team development, Jared is a trusted advisor to church leaders, safety professionals, and nonprofit organizations alike.
Outside of work, Jared is a devoted husband to Acacia, loving father to Samantha and Ethan, and a loves to travel and discovering beauty both abroad and in the wild landscapes of Arizona. He is also the proud owner of Bella, a 140 pound toddler Great Dane who occasionally thinks she’s in charge of the house.
