Mental health issues you may encounter, identifying/recognizing mental health issues, interacting with emotionally distressed persons and those with mental health issues, de-escalation, protocol for dealing with/assisting homeless persons, identifying community resources. The session would contain both an informational/educational component and an experiential component including role play and practice.
