The presentation is about the value and necessity of training and preparation. This is emphasized through an account of the 1st ISIS attack on US soil that was stopped by a lone police officer, Greg Stevens, armed only with his service pistol. Although out gunned and out manned, he prevailed because of his training and preparation. The presentation speaks directly to the concept of being READY, WILLING, and ABLE. There is an important faith based component integrated in the presentation.
