Domestic violence doesn’t always stay behind closed doors. When it follows someone into a house of worship, compassion, ministry, and safety can collide. Drawing from the Faith Based Security Network’s Deadly Force Incident Study, real-world cases, and personal experience, this session examines how domestic violence intersects with the church—and what faith communities can do to recognize warning signs, respond wisely, protect the vulnerable, and build a prepared response before a crisis occurs.
